I had the opportunity as a graduate assistant to present the below powerpoint presentation on socioeconomic status and its many issues related to public schooling. Through this presentation I sought to articulate both the micro and macro dimensions of socioeconomic status regarding educational access, opportunity, and among other issues, resource endowment. The powerpoint was developed to bring greater clarity to a topic whose reach is very extensive. There is also a bit of history relating to public schooling in America.
